Shelby was 1st Team All-PSAC East as a freshman at Bloomsburg University and her team won the PSAC Championship. All-League Goalkeeper for three years while at Owen J. Roberts High School. Assistant Varsity Lacrosse Coach at Pope John Paul II High School where she is responsible for all strength and conditioning training. Shelby has been with Dynamite coaching goalies and teams since 2013.

Wes has been coaching goalies with Dynamite for 5 years. He has played or coached lacrosse since he was able to pickup a stick. Played midfield at Perkiomen school then midfield/goalie for Florida State club team. Has coached several goalie clinics with his father, Reid Watson, when he coached Temple and Univ of Delaware. Wes has been coaching goalies for the last 25 years at American Lacrosse Camp in St Petersburg, Florida every spring.

Dynamite Club Team Goalies receive specialized training throughout the year.                      This is in addition to regular team practices.
